Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into a form, and only when you submit it. There are two forms on this site:

• Demo enquiry — name, email address, country, grade, school, subject, and whatever you write in the message box.
• University counselling enquiry — name, email address, grade, and the countries you are targeting.
• Chat assistant — the messages you send it. Nothing you type is stored on this site.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no analytics cookies unless you allow it. If you accept in the banner, we use analytics to count which pages get read and how visitors arrive — never to build a profile of you, and never for advertising. Reject, and nothing is loaded; the site behaves identically either way.

Your answer itself is kept in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask again. That single entry is strictly necessary and cannot be declined — clearing your browser data clears it and the banner returns. You can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.

There are no advertising pixels, no session recording and no cross-site trackers. Fonts are served from this site itself rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third party.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare the pathway summary or demo session you asked for, and to keep a record of that correspondence. Nothing else. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it to advertise to you.

Who else sees it

A submitted form is delivered to us as an email, which means our email provider handles it in transit and storage, the same way any email you send us would be.

When the chat assistant is connected to an external AI model provider, the messages you type in it are sent to that provider to generate a reply. When it is not connected, the assistant answers from information stored on this site and nothing leaves it.

Our hosting provider processes the ordinary technical records any web server keeps, such as IP addresses and request logs.

We share your information with nobody else, and never for marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as your enquiry is live and, if you become a student, for as long as the engagement and our ordinary records require. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Students under 18

Much of our work is with school students. If the student is under 18, the enquiry should be made by a parent or guardian, or with their knowledge and consent. If a student under 18 contacts us directly, we will bring a parent or guardian into the conversation before going any further.

If you believe a child has given us information without a parent or guardian knowing, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shivani@ekkhum.com and we will act on it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are delivered over an authenticated, encrypted connection. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so please do not send us anything sensitive — identity documents, financial details, passwords — through a web form or the chat assistant.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
