Who these terms are with

What this site is

It describes what we teach, how we teach it, and how to start a conversation with us. It is information, not an offer, and nothing on it is a guarantee of admission, of a grade, or of any particular result. Outcomes depend on the student.

Enquiries and the free pathway summary

Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement, reserve a place, or commit either of us to anything.

The free university pathway summary is considered, personalised guidance based on what you tell us. It is a starting point for a discussion — not an admissions prediction, and not advice you should treat as the only input into a decision that matters this much.

Tutoring and counselling engagements

Fees, schedules, session counts, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds are set out in the separate written agreement you sign when an engagement begins. Nothing on this site changes those terms, and no page here should be read as a price or a promise of availability.

Students under 18

If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to any engagement on their behalf.

The chat assistant

The assistant on this site is automated. It is useful for finding your way around and for straightforward questions, and it can be wrong. Anything that matters should be confirmed with a person before you act on it. Please do not type sensitive personal or financial information into it.

Our content

The text, design, illustrations, course materials and workbook content on this site belong to Ekkhum. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, resell or use them to build a competing offering without our written permission.

The workbook is sold through the third-party store we link to; that purchase is governed by that store's own terms, not these.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to this site, scrape it at scale, or submit the forms with information that is not yours to submit.

Links to other sites

We link to our social profiles and to the store that sells the workbook. Those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The current version always sits on this page with its date at the top.
